Return Policy

 

 

You may return most new and unopened merchandise within 21 days of the original shipping date for a full refund less a 20% restocking fee and $10 Processing Fee. All returned products must be returned in new or unused condition and possess all original materials that were included with the initial shipment.  An RA# must be obtained to receive your refund. See special note below ** for returning cartridges.

How Do I Return An Item?


E-mail us at admin@poolcartridgedeals.com. We will evaluate your request for return and respond accordingly with RA #. This RA # must be written on the mailing label - not the box to process and receive your refund.  Returned items with a RA# issued must be received in our warehouse within 2 weeks of the issue date of the RA to receive a refund. Again, all items must be returned in new, unused and/or unopened condition. All items included with the original shipment such as manuals, warranties, etc. must also be returned with the shipment. You will be responsible for shipping the returned material back to the PoolCartridgeDeals.com warehouse and for covering the cost of that shipping for all items that are NOT cartridges.  No Chemicals of any kind may be retruned. 
 
**To return and CARTRIDGE we must pick up from your location, you may NOT return these items yourself.  If you do send them back you may not recieve a refund!

 

How Long Until I Receive the Refund?


We will issue your refund within 72 hours from the date we receive the returned goods at PoolCartridgeDeals.com based on  the inspection of the returned merchandise, and the amount of time it takes for your credit card company to process the return.  Your refund will be received in the same form of payment in which the merchandise was originally purchased, i.e. credit issued to the same credit card used to purchase the item.

 

What Constitutes an Error Made by PoolCartridgeDeals.com?


If PoolCartridgeDeals.com sends you an item different from which you ordered we will ship you the correct item immediately upon notification from you.  We will pay the additional shipping charges and the shipping charges for the wrong item to be returned to our warehouse. If we send to you a replacement item, we must receive the original product in the PoolCartridgeDeals.com warehouse within 14 days of the date the return was initiated or your account will be charged the full amount of the replacement item.

 

What if My Item is Recieved Damaged?


If your item is damaged in shipment please contact us immediately.  We will ask you to  call the carrier (usually UPS) and report the damage as you are the receiver.  Once the damage has been reported we can ship a replacement item to you so you will not be held up and we will deal with the carrier for the claim.
